Chick-Fil-A to Open New Location at Valley Grove

Construction is underway for new location at intersection of North County Boulevard and W Pleasant Grove Boulevard, with opening scheduled for fall 2025

PLEASANT GROVE, UTChick-fil-A, recognized as the third largest quick-service restaurant company in the United States, has signed a ground lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for a pad site at Valley Grove, a 130-acre mixed-use business community in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Construction is underway on the free-standing building, located at the intersection of North County Boulevard and W Pleasant Grove Boulevard, with the restaurant slated to open in fall 2025.

With more than 3,000 restaurants operating throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, Chick-fil-A is known for its freshly prepared food, signature hospitality and unique franchise model. Celebrated menu items include the brand’s Original Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich, Chick-n-StripsTM, and Spicy Chicken Sandwich all paired with signature sauces as well as salads, side dishes, limited-time beverages and more.

Valley Grove, located directly adjacent to Interstate 15 and Pleasant Grove Boulevard, is a mixed-use community configured to support more than 1.5 million square feet of Class ‘A’ office, flex/R&D and retail space, as well as a full-service hotel. The business community currently features Grove Tower, a six-story building containing nearly 190,000 square feet of office space; Valley Grove I, a six-story, 165,000 square foot building; Valley Grove II and Valley Grove III, two five-story buildings comprising 140,000 square feet of space each.

Existing restaurants and retailers at Valley Grove include AT&T, Café Rio, Da Cloud Boba Shoppe, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Kolache Krave, Melty, Milkshake Factory, Panera Bread, R&R BBQ, Starbucks Coffee, Slim Chickens, Verizon, Wayback Burger, Wildside Bowls and Village Baker.
